Refund Policy

The proxycheck.io Plans (The Plan)

Due to the nature of The Plan being digital and a consumable, you can only cancel and receive a refund before The Plan is applied to your proxycheck.io account. If The Plan has been applied to your proxycheck.io account then unfortunately, no refunds are possible.

The Proxy & VPN Blocker Premium Plugin (The Plugin)

When purchasing The Plugin once you have downloaded the product you waive rights to a refund, however if you are having an issue with The Plugin, the following will apply:

To qualify for the refund, you must submit a support ticket at proxyvpnblocker.com/submit-ticket including links to screenshots of the error or failure message and logs from the website you are installing the Plugin on. A 7 business day support period will start for Proxy & VPN Blocker to provide troubleshooting to fix or resolve the error on the website created by the Plugin purchased. If after the 7 business day period, Proxy & VPN Blocker has not fixed the error or reported issue, a refund will be provided for the purchase.

The Plugin + The Plan - Bundle (A Bundle)

When purchasing A Bundle, refunds cannot be issued for the The Plan, however the above still applies regarding The Plugin. If The Plugin portion of your order is refunded, you will be converted to the nearest proxycheck.io plan price we currently offer and the difference will be refunded to you.

Upgrades

If you would later like to upgrade to a higher tier of The Plan, please submit a support ticket at proxyvpnblocker.com/submit-ticket and we will allow you to pay the difference for the time remaining on your proxycheck.io account.
